Refund policy

Here at Cinnamon Scent, we are unable to offer exchanges or refund on any product sold through our store for health and safety reasons.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item or if we have shipped an incorrect item, we will happily despatch the correct item free of charge.

Refunds are calculated on the purchase price of the goods returned to us. The refund amount is based on what was paid for the goods but not the delivery charge, except in cases where the entire order was faulty.
